Description
The FS-Curtis NxV Series Variable Speed Drive Rotary Screw Air Compressor is a reliable choice with increased CFM per horsepower for automotive and industrial-level power and manufacturing applications. The NxV offers a more compact, floor-space friendly design in its 10-50 HP ranges. Optional tanks of 80 and 120 gallons are available in 10-30 HP, and integrated refrigerated dryers are optional with 10-50 HP configurations.
The standard issued iCommand-Touch+ controller streamlines operations of the NxV through tracking of temperature, pressure, and critical datalogging. Trending and graphing capabilities are easily configured and viewed via a 7″ HMI full color touch screen. Expanded functionality through the controller permits integration with high level communication systems.
The IP 55, Class F rated TEFC enclosure protects the NxV motor from dust ingression and high operating temperatures. This temperature protection is maximized with eCOOL Technology through the combination of intelligent component layout and cooling centrifugal airflow to extend service life and reduce downtime. This layout and thick, laminated oil-proof sound insulation vastly improves noise reduction for smooth and quiet operation.
With a 100% continuous duty design, power efficiency of the NxV is further maximized via FS-Curtis’s exclusive airend with precision cut rotor profiles, and generously sized components to reduce pressure drops. Built for durability and reliability, each unit comes with a 5 year major components warranty and 10 year airend warranty.
