Description
The Vanair Powerflex AEH Series diesel driven rotary screw air compressor with generator is equipped with a 25 Kubota Tier 4 final engine with a 40 CFM capacity at 150 PSI. The AEH Series comes with a brushless, 6,800 watt AC generator and a powerful hydraulic pump, providing 13 GPM and up to 3,000 PSI for crane operation.
The Powerflex AEH Series remote control panel is able to be mounted remotely for convenient and safe use. The control panel has an engine start/stop, engine fault lights, hour meter, switch override switch, a compressor and hydraulic on/off switch, speed control switch, and compressor fault light.
For maintenance and serviceability, the AEH Series has a hinged top and removable front panel for easy access, as well as a spin on air and oil separator element. The AEH Series has safety features such as an alternator failure indicator, air pressure safety relief valve, oil fill plug safety relief, hydraulic oil pressure-relief valve, and low engine, service access door, engine over temperature, high temperature, and high pressure shut down.
