Description
Van Air Systems Oil Water Separator is designed to remove common lubricating oils from condensate streams. This robust unit is designed to simultaneously process different types of oils and can perform 24-hour continuous operation. Van Air Systems oil water separators can remove lubricants down to a level in compliance with most regulations and are designed to operate in most ambient conditions year-round.
Van Air Systems oil water separators utilize multi-stage separation technology to clean up condensate streams to stay in compliance. The first stage collects and prevents rust, dirt, and scale from entering the main reservoir. The main reservoir provides time to allow oil to coagulate and float to the surface. The next chamber removes the segment of oils that are still in the solution. In the final stage, the carbon beds ensure that condensate will meet or exceed discharge limits.
