Quincy Compressor QED Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer

The Quincy Compressor QED series cycling refrigerated air dryer is energy efficient and available from 15 to 200 CFM capacity. The QED features rotary technology, few moving parts, a low noise level, low vibrations, and zero loss electronic drains. Rather than using a glycol bath for cooling, the QED series uses smart RH technology to ensure the air is dried to a non-corrosize RH level and protect against freezing conditions. The cycling sensors automatically revert the mode of operation to non-cycling when freezing conditions are present.

The Airlogic2 controller comes standard with the QED series air dryer and responds to real-time data acquired by the sensors to adjust the thermal core temperature necessary to keep compressed air relative humidity at 30%, well below the corrosion point. The Airlogic2 controller features remote monitoring, CAN communication protocol, voltage-free contacts for remote alarm, auto restart, LAT lowest air temp, ambient temperature, relative humidity (Rh), and a freezing alarm.
