Description
The Pneumatech PMH Filters are designed to remove particulates, oil aerosols, and oil vapors from compressed air systems. These filters are available in sizes ranging from 1 to 18, with varying nominal volume flow rates at the filter inlet, ranging from 6 to 1501 SCFM (liters per second).
The filter range includes Grade D for particulate filtration (0.01 micron particle removal), Grade V for oil vapor filtration (0.003 mg/m³ outlet oil aerosol concentration), Grade C for coalescing filtration (0.01 mg/m³ outlet oil aerosol concentration, >99.9% total mass efficiency), Grade G for coalescing filtration (0.3 mg/m³ outlet oil aerosol concentration, >99.25% total mass efficiency), and Grade S for particulate filtration (1 micron particle removal). Each grade is designed to achieve specific air quality classes at the outlet, as per ISO 8573-1:2010 standards.
