Description
The nano-purification solutions SEP Oil and Water Separator uses proprietary STERLING filtration media to separate oil from water in the condensate discharged from compressed air systems, actively absorbing oil while repelling water. Condensate passes through the primary filter, which depressurizes the condensate, traps solid particles protecting the secondary filter and catches bulk hydrocarbons within a high capacity oil absorbent. The condensate then moves through a deep bed of STERLING filtration media that absorbs the oil, providing outlet oil concentrations down to 5ppmv or less. The remaining water can be disposed of safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.
A service life indicator gives a time based visual indication of the service interval, up to one full year. A fresh indicator set is provided with each new service kit, ensuring the feature is available for retrofit to older installed SEPURA™ or other makes of separators.
