The nano-purification solutions NCS Process Water Chiller operates in a closed circuit, offering precise water temperature control and rapid response to changes in ambient and thermal load. All panels can be removed to facilitate maintenance. The unit meets ISO 9001 certified specifications, and is fitted with an axial cooling fan with balanced aluminum blades and an air-cooled condenser in copper pipes and aluminum vanes, reducing noise levels and improving ventilation air flow. The CAREL digital microprocessor continuously indicates water outlet temperature, operating instructions and various adjustable parameters and alarms.

An integral centrifugal pump mounted within the chiller enclosure and a storage tank avoid the risk of short cycles on all models. The standard adjustable bypass valve and integrated pressure gauge allows the water supply flowing out of the unit to be regulated. A ventilation grill protecting the condenser is standard.
