FS-Curtis RES Series Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer

The FS-Curtis RES Series is a line of refrigerated compressed air dryers that offer an energy saving design and utilize an up-flow aluminum air-cooled condenser. The condensate drain lines terminate at discharge connections located at the side of the dryer and remove condensate without loss of compressed air. This line is designed with smooth, stainless steel surfaces, which promote low resistance to flow.

Additionally, these dryers feature a phase change material (PCM) located between the refrigeration and compressed air circuits, which enables it to melt or freeze at a constant temperature. The PCM will absorb heat from warm, moist compressed air without a significant rise in temperature. The PM stays colder for longer periods of time, cycling the refrigerant compressor less often and leading to a more energy saving operation.
