Description
The Champion Advantage Series two stage piston air compressor comes fully packaged with pre-installed accessories. These compressors are a part of Champion’s quick-ship program so the compressor arrives quickly, ready to install, and operate.
The Advantage Series features a heavy duty two-stage, splash-lubricated air compressor pump with multi-finned cylinders and head for cooling. They also include intercoolers for cooling between stages and a centrifugal unloader for loadless starting. The built-in low-oil stop control shuts down the unit when oil levels are below safe levels which prevents the compressor from restarting until oil level has been brought back up. Most models feature a factory mounted, air-cooled aftercooler that removes up to 65% of the moisture from discharged compressed air.
The ASME code air receiver features a pressure relief valve, service valve, drain valve, and pressure gauge. Available in vertical or hirizonal configurations with 80, 120 and 240 gallon options (depending on model selection).
