Description
The Applied System Technologies SynergAir Water Trap Tee Connector has a collet with stainless steel teeth which holds the aluminum pipe firmly in position and an O-Ring to provide a permanent leak proof seal. The internal design allows air to flow with minimal head loss from the main to the take-off point while preventing water from following through. Moisture is retained in the line and can be drawn off at a suitable location.
For optimal function, the Water Trap Tee must be installed with the air supply positioned near horizontal and the outlet port facing vertically downward. Markings on the body indicate the correct orientation to assist with installation.
