Product overview

Built around your operating requirements.

Description

The Hertz HNG Series is a nitrogen generator line that utilizes a Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) that allows nitrogen to pass through the line by adsorbing oxygen and water vapor molecules under a certain pressure. The nitrogen generators produce nitrogen gas through two adsorption tanks filled with CMS. Purity levels can be between 95% to ~99.999%, depending on the areas of use. The generators are fitted with piston valves and a new design silencer that promotes lower noise levels for both pressurization and purge.
