Description
The Dekker DuraVane oil free rotary vane vacuum system is designed with fewer vanes and longer vane life with self-lubricating, long-life graphite composite vane material. The DuraVane features a three phase TEFC electric motor, inlet isolation valve, inlet flex connector, secondary non-return inlet check valve, inlet filter, receiver level sight gauge, vacuum gauge, and drain valve. The system is tank mounted on a horizontal vacuum receiver tank from 30 to 120 gallons, depending on the model selected.
The control panel monitors, measures, and displays performance. Its features include an across-line magnetic vacuum pump starter with three phase overload protection, a PLC with integral hour meter, vacuum on/off capability with adjustable set points, and a vacuum transducer for vacuum level indication and control.
