Description
The Hedland Petroleum Fluids Flow Meter is a durable and cost-effective variable area flow meter that is well-suited for petroleum and petroleum-based fluids. These flow meters can be used in applications where temperatures range from -20 to 400°F (continuous) and 400 to 500°F (intermittent).
These flow meters feature high-quality metal construction in aluminum, brass, or stainless steel. The aluminum and brass models of variable area flow meters are rated for operating pressures of up to 3500 PSI with a 3:1 safety factor. The stainless steel model is pressure rated for a maximum of 6000 PSI (5000 PSI for 3/4″ to 1-1/2″ series) with a 3:1 safety factor. There are seven port sizes available ranging from 1/4″ to 3″.
