Hertz WAVE Series Oil Injected Reciprocating Compressor

The Hertz WAVE Series is a line of reciprocating air compressors designed for high pressure applications (up to 580 PSI). They are oil injected and direct coupled, with power options ranging between 15 and 40 HP. Additionally, the maximum capacity ranges from 30 to 100 CFM, depending on model selection (see datasheet for more details). These compressors feature a PLC-based control and system monitoring with a digital display panel. The compressor block contains a specially designed concentric-type, high-capacity stainless steel suction-discharge valves.

The main motor and drive system of these compressors is based on an IE3 efficiency-class electric motor, direct coupled with an elastic coupling. The controller mains voltage and frequency monitoring, with protection at certain limits. Multiple compressor control is available for up to 8 compressors without the need for an external master compressors. It utilizes internal ModBus communication. Additionally, the cooling system contains a 4-stage radiator (3 stages for air, 1 stage for oil cooling).
