Description
The CRP Series Oil and Water Separator by Clean Resources offers a maintenance-free and mold-resistant solution that is both cost-effective and convenient in keeping your compressor room compliant with EPA regulations.
The CRP Series has improved upon the IDC series with various upgrades. The base unit remains unchanged, but the CRP Series now comes with an external manifold that is compression fit to the container. This new manifold can accommodate 12 inlet lines, which is six more than the previous system. The lines consist of six 1/4″ and six 1/2″.
The manifold includes a pre-plumbed timer drain that releases a burst of air every twelve hours. This helps to improve the flow of condensate through the alumina silicate substrate media bed. The timer drain also has a visual and audible alarm that notifies you when a unit replacement is needed.
The discharge hub of the CRP Series includes an antimicrobial puck that prevents mold and algae growth. This keeps the discharge hose clean and free from flow restrictions.
