Deltech DF Series Filter Element

The Deltech DF Series filter element is available in 7 grades depending on the DF Series filter:

• Maximum efficiency oil removal filter: Ultra fine coalescer delivers oil free air for critical applications including conveying, agitating, electronics manufacturing and nitrogen replacement. Removes 99.9999+% of solids 0.01 micron and larger and remaining oil content 0.008ppm w/w. Ideal for use upstream of desiccant dryers, upstream of membrane dryers (use a particulate removal as a pre-filter if heavy liquid loads are present), and downstream of refrigerated dryers.
• Oil removal filter: Fine coalescer provides oil free air for industrial applications such as spray painting, injection molding, instrumentation, and control valves. Removes 99.999+% of solids 0.008 micron and larger and remaining oil content 0.01ppm w/w. Ideal for use upstream of desiccant dryers, downstream of refrigerated dryers, or at point-of-use if an aftercooler/separator is installed upstream.
• Particulate removal: General purpose filtration to protect pneumatically operated tools, motors and cylinders. Removes solids 1.0 micron and larger and remaining oil content 1ppm w/w. Ideal for use upstream of ultra high efficiency oil removal filters, at point-of-use if an aftercooler/separator is installed upstream, downstream of heatless desiccant dryers, or upstream of refrigerated dryers.
• Separator/Filter: Mechanical separator and 3 micron coalescer. Removes solids and liquids 3 microns and larger and remaining oil content 5ppm w/w. Ideal for point-of-use if no aftercooler/separator is used upstream.
• Bulk liquid removal: Removes bulk liquid and solids 10 microns and larger. Ideal for use downstream of aftercoolers or at point-of-use if no aftercooler/separator used upstream.
• Dry solids removal: Dry particulate element providing pipeline protection from abrasive desiccant dust. Removes solids 1 micron and larger. Ideal for use downstream of pressure-swing (heatless) desiccant dryers.
• Oil vapor removal: Activated carbon filter removes oil vapor and provides oil free air for food and drug manufacturing, breathing air, and gas processing. Removes solids 0.01 micron and larger and remaining oil content 0.003ppm w/w (as a vapor). Ideal for use downstream of high efficiency oil removal filters.
